These results suggest that the effect of nifedipine on egg transport may be related to its blocking effect on calcium channel, inhibiting the contraction of oviduct smooth muscle, and/or decreasing the responsiveness of the oviduct to endogenous noradrenaline and PGF_(2α)

　　作者观察了两种中药钙拮抗剂DL—四氢巴马汀和青藤碱对兔输卵管平滑肌活动及对卵子运行的影响。结果表明:两药均可明显抑制兔离体输卵管峡部肌收缩活动,使其频率、振幅、张力均降低,收缩活动曲线面积明显减少,并能抑制去甲肾上腺素诱导的收缩效应。在iv HCG 48 h后,具有延缓兔输卵管内卵子运行的作用。结果提示,抑制平滑肌活动可能是这两种药物延缓卵运行的主要原因之
